Caryn Saitz is founder and CEO (Chief Experience Officer) of RELUX.
Caryn has been architecting experiences and connections for CEOs and professionals for more than 25 years. From once-in-a-lifetime retreats globally, to events, to learning programs, she has created the strategy, and provided the logistics, resources and implementation for experiences that have engaged, educated and entertained thousands of participants. Known to her colleagues and family for years as the “walking yellow pages” and “ authentic connector” she has introduced many to resources locally and globally that have impacted all aspects of their life. Today, as a lover of the the latest technology combined with her personal “rolodex” of exclusive connections she provides her clients with “ targeted, curated, and significant” resources and services that deliver seamless and memorable personal and professional experiences.
Caryn is a life-long entrepreneur and has founded and sold multiple businesses including Barrels of Fun - a custom gift concierge service, Masters of the Web, The Volunteerist, Global Events and Retreats, MastermindEX, and was on the founding team of Liz Claiborne Accessories for 15 years.
Caryn has been visiting South Florida since elementary school - from Miami Beach to Boca Raton and helped design and build her family’s home in Boca Raton more than 30 years ago. She has created numerous retreats, events and large conferences in South Florida throughout her career. Caryn shares her time between Florida and New England and is a lover of great food, travel, design, shopping, photography, and most importantly, purposefully connecting people so they can fullfill their dreams. Caryn’s book - “Become The Authentic Connector: 49 Ways to Create Meaningful Business and Personal Relationships” will be released in 2023. Caryn hosts the video Podcast- Taking The Leap- Conversations with Women 40+ who are building their dream business.
